Step 2: Self-Promote: Add Branded Property Website URL to Personal Sites & Social Channels

Maximize your listing's exposure by adding the branded version of your Property Website to your personal websites, blogs, and any other platforms that allow video or virtual tour links. Additionally, share your branded Property Website URL across all your social media channels. Here are some social media tips:

  1. - Facebook: Share on your personal page, business page, and local real estate groups.

  2. - Twitter: Tweet the link with engaging hashtags.

  3. - LinkedIn: Post on your profile and relevant groups.

  4. - Instagram: Share a striking image and include the link in your bio or description.

  5. - Pinterest: Pin your best listing photo with the Property Website link.

Pro Tips:

  1. For Instagram and Pinterest, post your favorite picture of the listing and include the Property Website link in the description. Write a compelling description and invite people to share the post with potential buyers.

  2. Pin the Property Website URL to the top of your Facebook page weekly to drive more traffic. Sharing your Weekly Seller’s Report with clients will showcase your marketing prowess.

  3. Mention the presence of the Property Website/Virtual Tour in your listing description so buyers know where to find it. For Zillow users, guide them to look under “More Facts & Features” for the virtual tour.

Step 1: Add Non-Branded Property Website to MLS Listing

In most cases, once you provide us with your MLS number, we complete your production and submit it to the MLS on your behalf. However, please double-check to ensure that your Property Website link is on the MLS. As long as your non-branded link is included, it will be syndicated to Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, Trulia, Redfin, and other major real estate portals. This allows home shoppers to view your listing in a more dynamic and captivating format. If you don't see your Property Website on the MLS, please notify us immediately.

NOTE: Even though your non-branded link is on the MLS, your fully branded Property Website is still integrated into the major national real estate portal sites.

Step 3: Monitor and Share Your Weekly Seller’s Report

Each week, you’ll receive detailed statistics on how many people viewed your Property Website and Virtual Tour, including what they looked at and where they came from. This valuable information demonstrates the effectiveness of our BOOST marketing tools to you and your sellers. Completing Steps 1 and 2 above is crucial for generating comprehensive weekly reports.

These reports are not only informative but also serve as an excellent communication tool between you and your sellers. Sharing these insights with your clients will highlight your marketing efforts and keep them informed. When your listing sells, simply reply to a Seller’s Report email to let us know. We’ll deactivate your production and stop sending the reports.

Step 4: Price Changes and What to Do When a Listing Sells or Gets Withdrawn

Most of our customers have us put a price directly onto the Property Website. We all know that prices change regularly, and when this happens, it’s easy for us to update the price on your production. The simplest way is to reply to one of your Weekly Seller’s Reports with the new price. The email will go to info@bluemoonmedias.com, and the change will be made within 24–48 business hours. If you have access to the Blue Moon Medias Client Center, you can also manage your own price changes. Please ask us if you would like access.

When your listing sells or gets withdrawn, reply to the Weekly Seller’s Report and let us know the status of the listing and what you would like to do with it. Some customers have us add a SOLD banner to the production, so a list of your most recent SOLD properties remains available in your gallery. If you don’t want to wait for your Weekly Seller’s Report to notify us of the change in status, you can email info@bluemoonmedias.com to turn it off. This will stop the report from being sent, and the virtual tour listing will no longer be available online to the general public.

You may call us anytime within 12 months from when we turned off your production, and we will turn it back on for you at no charge. Listings turned off for longer than 12 months will be removed from our system automatically and will require a full reshoot.

Step 5: We Have Your Back!

Please note: Blue Moon Medias is committed to protecting your assets. We will never sell or give your images to another listing agent, home seller, or third party without your written consent. If there is an interested party who wishes to use your photos, virtual tour, Property Website, or drone footage, we will notify you. You have the option to resell your photo or drone package to the interested party if you wish. We do not get involved in the transaction and will only release your work when you authorize us to do so. We are loyal and work for you.
